Five Burned as Propane Tank Explodes at Ontario Cottage
Five men suffered second and third degree burns to 30 to 50 percent of their bodies after a propane tank exploded at a Sand Lake Ontario cottage near the Manitoba border. Victims include Terry Moore and Michael Moore both of Winnipeg and two of their sons, ages 14 and 10, plus a 16 year old Toronto boy. The blast occurred as Michael Moore was venting a 45 kilogram tank. All were in critical condition at Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre.
