In Fort McMurray Alberta a 33 year old man Dax Richard Mack is charged with shooting his roommate Robert LeVoir five times and burning the remains for three days on his father’s rural property. An undercover operation from 2003 captured Mack confessing to police. LeVoir was reported missing in December 2002 after being last seen three weeks earlier.
Ottawa expected federal outlays rise to 199 billion for the current year, a 12 billion jump from last year.
