A 25 year old Brooks man Lance David Blanchard appeared in Brooks provincial court and was remanded to May 3 for legal counsel on charges of kidnapping unlawful confinement possession of a weapon dangerous to the public assault with intent to commit an indictable offence and wilful damage. Plans to supply Dunmore with water after nearly a century of dryness proceed with input from area landowners.
