Bank robber linked suspect charged in multiple crimes
Ronald Big Bull of Medicine Hat appeared in court amid charges tied to three bank robberies and a bomb threat. Police say a civilian photo of the suspect’s vehicle helped connect the April 2 TD Canada Trust robbery to the March 19 CIBC and Nov. 9, 2017 ATB robberies and the Oct. 31, 2017 Serous Credit Union bomb threat. Court adjourned bail hearing to April 18.

The land department recommends price cuts up to 40 percent on seven long held multi family lots and aims to adjust prices for flood recovery lots to near cost. The changes were outlined at the development and infrastructure committee meeting chaired by Councillor Robert Dumanowski, with council to vote April 16. Grant MacKay said pricing mostly stems from 2007 and 2009 after a two year review with an independent appraiser.
