Premier Rachel Notley will travel to Toronto and New York to urge business leaders to back the Trans Mountain expansion. She will also attend a U S Mexican governors and Canadian premiers meeting in Scottsdale Arizona in early May. Notley emphasized pressuring for completion to move Alberta oil to the coast. She urged economic balance with environmental stewardship and cautioned against extreme positions from both sides.
