SHANGHAI December 13 All U.S. aid to China would be stopped if the Communists took over control of the country said E C A administrator Mr Paul G Hoffman. He said the U S Government would consider continuing aid if a true coalition representing the Chinese people replaced the present regime. Hoffman did not exclude Communists from a coalition but warned that a completely Communist coalition would likely end relief. He said he would go to Nanking December 14 to confer with General Chiang Kai Shek before returning to the United States.
