M. S. N.t U. S. j Navy, Saturday evening at eight (The double ring ceremony was performed by Harold J. Rubin, justice of peace.I The bride wore a Glenhave | charcoal gray suit with a purple ■cloche hat, matching accessories ' and a purple orchid corsage.Mr. and Mrs. Richard Gilmore attended the couple. Mrs. Gilmore wore a slate gray suit with black velvet accessories and -a corsage of yellow talisman rosea.Following the ceremony the wedding party went to the Steak House Inn for dinner where a I group of friends had gathered to , wish them happiness.Later the couple left for a brief wedding trip to Lake St. George. Upon their return, Mr. Irish will rejoin his ship, the U. §. S. Bailey at Newport, R. I. They will reside at Mrs. Irish’s home on Center street.The bride was graduated from Morse High school in 1948 and is employed as cashier at the First National store.Mr. Irish, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilder B. Irish of 1181 Washington street, was also 1 1 graduated from Morse High in s 1948 and was prominent in athletics.
