T^o Divorces Granted.In the case of Carlotta Simmon* againsl Arthur Simmons, jr., a divorce vim grauted this morning by Judge Cox to complainant, with the right to resume her maiden name of Clark. They were married December 15, 1886, at Fourth Presbyterian church and went direct to defendant's parents’ house. 1739 L street northUfst. She states in her petition, filed by Jame* ti. rtomti, that Hie third day after thoir marriage be inquired as to her father's property and ho discovered that she had no interest in it. and from that time abused her until January, 1887, wbeu he drove her away. He came alter her and induced her to return to him. but hi* conduct wu no better, aud on April 5 he again drove her away.A decree of divorce was also made in the case of Leonard Nicholson against Rebecca Nicholson, filed April 11 last.
