CZAPLA-KACZOR RITE IS OCTOBER EVENTFor traveling on the honey-noon to western Nebraska, thesride wore a grey dress and jvhite and blue corsage.The bride attended the Genoa public schools and thlt; groom attended the Osceola schools. Mr. ind Mrs. Kaczor will make theirhome on a farm north of Osce-jla.Relatives and friends atten-iing the wedding were from Savana, New York; De Sota,Kansas; Columbus, Duncan, Osceola, Monroe, Silver Creek, Fullerton, Clarks and Geneva.At nine o’clock a. m., October 8th, St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church was the scene of-a pretty fall wedding, when Elsie Czapla, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Czapla became the bride of Martin Kaczpr, son of Mrs. Tillie Kaczor of Osceola.The double ring ceremony and nuptial mass was performed by Rev. Joseph Micek. Altar boys were Richard and Ramon Pila-kowski, Jerry Rosno and David Martin. Present in the sanctuary during the nuptial rites, was Rev. Edward Jaworowski of St John’s Church of Minden, a former pastor of the groom.Miss Joan Kosiba, neice of thebride was the organist and accompanied Mrs. Henry Sylsa as i she sang “Mother Kneeling at Thy Feet,” “Ave Maria” and “O Lord I am Not Worthy.”Before the altar decorated withlarge white chrysanthemums in gold vases and large green ferns, the bride, given in marriage by her father, was lovely in a whitelace gown with fitted bodice and a high neckline, accented with a rhinestone necklace, a gift of the groom. The long sleeves tapered to a point over the wrists while the full skirt was tiered from the waistline to the hem with rows of gathered lace. Her fingertip veil fell from a tiara of pearls and rhinestones. She carried a blue rosary and a corsage of white and blue carnations on a lace covered prayer book.Miss Phyllis Pilakowski, nieceof the bride, wore a blue lacetiara trimmed with rhinestones in her hair and carried a colonial bouquet of pink carnations. She was gowned in a cannas blue lace waltz length gown with fitted bodice and bolero. Her bouffant skirt featured rows of gathered lace ruffles. Rhinestone accessories were a gift ofthe bride.The groom wore a light brown suit with a white boutonniere and Frank Czapla wore a navy blue suit with a pink boutonniere.Mrs. Czapla chose a two-piecegrey and white dress for her daughter's wedding and wore a yellow and white mum corsage. A corsage of pink and white carnations were sent to the groom’s mother.Following the ceremony, the dinner was served for approximately 100 guests in the church social hall.
