*•*Miss Nellie Downs, daughter of James Downs, of Sheridan, and Allen Sturdevant, were married by ’Squire Maker, Monday morning.The young man formerly lived at Sheridan but has been employed in a garage at Logan sport, for some time. He gave his age as 22. The bride is seventeen and has been in the custody of Mrs. J. B. Johnson, of Sheridan, for several months on the order of the court. There is a charge of contributing to a delinquent child hanging over Sturdevant in the circuit court but Prosecutor Guy lias no intention of dismissing the case this time.
