Dorothea DeHart, daughter of Mrs, Elizabeth DeHart, 7455 Bennett ave., walked, a flower-strewn path recently in Grace Evangelical church, 60th sfc. and Albany ave., and met her husband-to-be, John Varbeck, son of Mr. and'Mrs. Joseph Varbeck, 6559 Drexel blvd.The bride, in a gown of white lace with a tulle veil and arm bouquet of white roses, was preceded to the altar, where the wedding vows were read, by her sister, Thelma.Another sister of the bride, Lorna DeHart, who wore a gown of royal' blue velvet with a hat to match, was maid of honor. Bergent Nelson was best man.Mr. and Mrs. Varbeck are apartment hunting in the Southeast community, where they have decided to make their home.It was a full day of romance for. the DeHart family, for after the wedding, .Mrs. DeHart announced the engagement of her daughter; Lorna, to Bergent Nelson, 7320 Burnham ave.
