Kiracofe of Fort Wayne, Indiana.Miss Taylor was graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1972 and is currently enrolled in the graduate program at Hopd College, Frederick, Md,Mr. Kiracofe was graduated from McPherson College, McPherson, Kansas in 1964 and received his master’s degree in 1974 from Western Maiyland College, Westminster, Md.Both are currently employed by the Carroll County School District, Carroll County, Md.The wedding will take place May 28 at Westminster Church of the Brethern, Westminster, Md.
