The People’s Will Valid.When Francis Peoples, of Benton township, died some years ago he left a will. In his will he stipulated that his widow, Mary Peoples, should havethe farm during life and at her deaththe estate should be divided equally between the children. Mary Peoples died in 1897 and Mr. Hire brought an action to recover about 8300 for care of the deceased during her last illness. He obtained judgment against Mary Peoples’ estate and attempted to sieza the old home farm. The case was heard the o ther day and Judge Wilson sustained the will and the Peoples’ heirs will now share and share alike in the estate. Henry Peoples, of Goshen, is one of the heirs.
