JUNE WEDDING.Miss Maude Laughlin and Leonard T. Bair Married Sunday Evening.The marriage of Miss Maude Laughlin and Mr. Leonard T. Bair took place at the home of the bride’s parents in East Odon Sunday evening at 6:5) c clock. Rev. C. C. Lowther of tbs M. E.church performed the ceremony in the presence of about fifty guests. Promptly at 6:30 Mrs. E. T. Laughlin began playing Mendelssohn’s wedding march and the bridal party entered- the room and stood before the minister. Fred Johnson and Miss Jennie Laugh-Itn were the attendants. The house was beautifully decorated in flowers. After the ceremony and congratulations refreshments of lemonade, cake and ice cream molded iu the shape of hearts and cupids were served.Mrs. Bair is the daughter of Mr. andMrs. J. D Laughlin and is an estimable♦and accomplished young lady. She is* a graduate of the Odon High School, a student in the State Normal and has taught successfully in the Odon Schools for several years. She wore a cream net dress made over taffeta.Mr. Bair is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Bair of Strausbury, Ohio aDd a nephew of John A. and Reason • Bair of this place. He has visited in Odon several times and is well-known to Odon people as a manly and capable young mao.Among the out of town goests were Miss Ada Bair of Terre Haute, Miss' Alma Helm of Indianapolis and Will Laughlin of Linton.Mr. and Mrs. Bair left Tuesday afternoon for Strausbury, Ohio where they will make their home.
