Miss Skinner is the daughter of the late Veri Thompson Skinner, the step-daughter of the late Stewart M. Chambers, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrsv Clyde Skinner, all of Mt. Vernon.The bride-elect is a 1972 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School, attended the University of Illinois, two years, and is now a student of Texas Eastern in Tyler, Tex.The prospective bridegroom is a 1971 graduate of the Aurora Central High School, and a 1975 graduate B. S. E. E. bf the University of Illinois.
