Southwestern Instructor BecomesArmy Bride in Graceful Ritesceremony took place late in the afternoon and was read by the Rev. Carl Bangs, chaplain of the Academy.Only the family were present at the simple but attractive ceremony to see the lovely bride dressed entirely in white. She wore a white crepe, two-piece ensemble and a white hat with a ribbon bow. Her corsage, too, was pure white to lend a traditional air to the informal ceremony.A reception was held at the home of Maj. and Mrs. Maurice Veronda on La Mirada avenue. after which the newlyweds left for a honeymoon of indefinite duration at Huntington Beach. Future plans depend on the orders of Mr. Jaresh.The former Miss Veronda has been a teacher at Southwestern since her graduation from the University of Southern California where she was a member of Athena. She is also a graduateof South Pasadena-San Marino High School. Her groom attended schools in Forth Worth, Texas, and is the son of Mrs. John Jaresh of Springtown, the bride of John S. Jaresh of Pasadena Wedding chapel.
