Aloy-rs.Miss Gantt Weds Maj. Mark MillerMiss Lola Oantt of Rock Hill, 8.C., became the bride yesterday of Maj. Mark G. Miller, T.C.. of this city, in a double-ring ceremony held in the chapel of the Foundry Methodist Church. The Rev. Frederick Brown Harris officiated at 5:30 o’clock.The bride, who was given in marriage by her brother, Aviation Cadet Adrian Oantt, stationed at Newberry, S.C., wore a powder-blue suit with a white velvet cabbage rose hat and a corsage of sweetheart roses, light-blue sweet peas and gypsophlla. She was attended by her sister, Miss Elaine Oantt, and Capt. Watson B. Miller served as best man.The new Mrs. Miller is a graduate of Winthrop College and since coming to Washington has been employed in the legal section of the Federal Trade Commission.Maj. Miller is one of the youngest veterans of World War I, having served in France with the 129th Engineer Combat Battalion at the age of 15. He is especially well known in the American Legion and is a past commander of Spengler Post.In 1942 Maj. Miller was given leave from his position as Traffic-Transportation Examiner with the Interior Department to accept a military commission. An injury to his shoulder caused his recent return to this country, after having cere- served eighteen months in the Eu-trip., ropean theater with the Transportation Corps.Following a brief wedding trip to New York, Maj. Miller and his bride will go to Asheville. N.
