G«Mbrof* t«M«R Wniiiaf At El»«Father and mother of a family of three 10m and three daughters and grandfather and grandmother to no less than thirteen grandchildren, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Lysecki of Elma. Manitoba, celebrated their golden wedding anniversary on February 15th.Arriving in Canada a half-hundred years ago from Poland, Mr. and Mrs. Lysecki homesteaded at Ladywood, Man. Later they moved to Elma. All three sons, as well as two grandsons served in the Forces—one of the grandsons, Flight Lieutenant Ted Zadworny, paying the supreme sacrifice.Dauehters of the elderly couple are Mrs. C. E. Wendeborn of ^Ima; Mrs. J. B. Zadworny, Ituna, Saskatchewan: and Mrs. J. Henry, Prince, Rupert. British Columbia. Their sons are Jacob J. and John E. of Winnipeg and Michael E.. oresently residing in the United States.
