G.lid McConal. was recently elect-v. ed president of Sigma Delta pr- Chi, a professional journalism fraternity at Sam HoustonState College.The chapter will be initiated and installed on the campus February 21, Sam Hous-‘r’ ton’s chapter was accepted at the national convention held in Houston in November.James Earl Norman was elected vice-president, in charge of Professional Affairs. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. G. D. Norman. James Earl is 0111 a senior and Bunkv is a junior at the school.Bunkv recently sold his first writing to the Progressive Farmer and will be published in a few months.ur-
