LEGALLY MUTEDDivorced From Wife As Shadows Of life Are Gathering.AN AGEO COUPLE CAST ASUNDERIn the Lawrence Circuit Court Friday, Green Ramsey, aged seventy-one years, was granted a divorce from Elizabeth Ramsey, aged fifty-five, and •whom he married m March 1902. This was the third matrimonial venture for Mr. Ramsey, his former wives havingdied. About a year ago he was stricken with paralysis and it was alleged in evidence that his wife declined to live with or care for him in his illness. She has since been making her home with a son. The parties reside near Heltonville and Mr. Ramsey is one of the widely known citizens in that sec-lion of the county. His number of -children by previous marriages are living. Cruel and inhuman treatment was alleged in the complaint.
