Diekfuss -was the setting lor an informal wedding Sunday when Miss Ursula Popanda of Waukesha became the bride of Waiter Diekfuss, Jr. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and 1 Mrs. Fred Popanda of Milwaukee.The ceremony was performed before a picture window banked with red and white gladioli and branees of huckleberry. Tall white candles in seven-branch candelabra lighted the early evening service performed by the Rev. Eail W. Reichert of Waukesha.Mrs. Harvey , Whysol played “Liebestraum,” “Because” and “Claire de Lune” preceding the ceremony and Lohengrin’s “Wedding March ” The bride was given in marriage by S. Amidon, a friend of the family.Summer SuitThe bride wore a softly tailored, white summer crepe suit with a picture hat. Red rosebuds formed her shoulder corsage.Miss Josephine Simonis was her attendant in a gray silk suit with a blue picture hat and ac-cesories. Her shoulder . corsage was made of pink rosebuds.Kenneth Diekfuss served as best man for his brother. The groom is the son of Mrs. Helen Diekfuss of 216 Tenny st., Waukesha, and Dr. Walter Diekfuss, Pewaukee.Mrs. Popanda was attired in blue crepe with a corsage of pink ; roses. Mrs. Diekfuss wore navy blue with navy accessories, and a corsage of yellow roses.Buffet Supper i Nearly 40 guests attended the , wedding and the buffet supper which followed the ceremony.The young couple will live inSt. Louis, Mo, wnere Diekfuss is a student at Logan college of Chircpractics. The bride attended Waukesha high school.Miss Josephine Simonij and Mrs. S. Amidon entertained for Mrs. Diekfuss before her marriage.
