Burmester, 519 N. E St. The couple’s marriage took place Saturday afternoon, April 19, in First Christian Church. Officiating at the double ring ceremony was the Rev. William Denton.Chantilly lace fashioned the Cahill wedding gown in empire A-line with shirtwaist bodice, bell sleeves and attached degage court train. Buttons accented the front bodice and bands of silk tafetta ribbon with tailored bows marked the high rise waistline in front, and on the belled sleeves. Holding the bride’s bouffant veil of silk illusion was a demi-cap of lace petals with double organza bow, pearl and crystal trimmed.Attending the bride as maid of honor was Miss Marsha Willard of Las Vegas, Nev. Miss Joan Morinaga, sister of the bridegroom, was the bridesmaid.Dan Morinaga attended his brother asbest man and Wayne Burmester, brother of the bride, was usher.First Christian Church social hall was setting for the wedding reception with women of the church as hostesses.A 1967 graduate of Lompoc High School, the bride attended Allan Hancock College, Santa Maria for 1V2 years. She is a member of Phi Theta Tau, a chapter of Beta Sigma Phi sorority.The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln Morinaga, 1528 W. Cherry, was graduated in 196G from Lompoc High School. He is presently in his junior year at Fresno State College.
