Henry H, Haupt in Irvington United Presbyterian Church of Fremont.The bride-elect has one sister, Mrs. Dennis R Ticbenor ! of Milwauhie, Oregon, and g one brother, Edmond Ray j Birge Ir. of Oakland. A ( January 1971 alumna of Newark High School, Miss Birge is currently with Alec Department Store in Fremont.Known as Chuck to hisfriends, the future bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dell Ray Ballinger of Paramount and the brother of Mrs. Bob J. Sneed of Newark, Miss Barbara Ballinger and Donald Ballinger, both of j Paramont.
