Kingolwira Prison Farm in Tanganyika, an early example of a prison without walls, has expanded from the 1936 project into a 20 000 acre program with 1200 long term offenders learning trades. The farm houses a granary with 175 tons capacity, illustrating the program's scale.

Six members were appointed to attend a fellowship at Hallsville.
