Express Journalist Injured In Motorcycle Accident
Laurence Baker, 26, a journalist attached to the Express, was admitted to Manila District Hospital with probable rib fractures, back injury, and slight shock after his motorcycle sidecar outfit crashed over an embankment about 16 miles from Teoatrort. He was pinned briefly under the bike. two girls in the sidecar were only slightly shaken. Baker was returning home from Tamworth after the sidecar was fitted.
