St Andrew's Manilla marks 30 years of faith and progress

The Manilla parish hall welcomed St Andrew's Presbyterian Church and friends for a 30th anniversary. Speakers traced the church's 1903 to 1913 development, including a 1904 opening, the first ordained minister A M Ogilvie, and the move to a debt free manse by 1911. The event honored past work, noted wartime trials, and urged plans for a new church building while praising the Ladies Guild and local officials for support.
