Discussion centers on reimposing a flour tax or state subsidies to aid wheat farmers amid a looming harvest plan. Western Australia considers swift action after pressure from national MPs, with NSW and Queensland already enacting similar measures and Victoria likely to follow. A last resort tax reimposition would be unpopular and possibly deferred. A separate note offers a substantial reward for information leading to the conviction of stock theft or trespass on ELOURA or IAZELDEAN.
