Presbyterian Flower Show At Manilla by Presbyterian Womans Guild
The Annual Autumn Flower Show in Memorial Hall featured a colorful but modest display with top honors to Mrs. R. F. Hardcastle in the lower snow and runner up Miss Una Breit. Chrysanthemums dahlias and roses dominated the entries with varied specimens including zinnia geranium and marigold. The event showcased floral artistry along with stalls run by Guild members and a well patronised luncheon and market tea in a busy day of judging decorations and prizes.
