Mosman Spastic Centre forms convener committee
A public meeting in Mosman chaired by Alderman Grill failed to form a District Council for the Mosman Spastic Centre. A Convening Committee was elected to recruit delegates for a follow up meeting in four weeks to progress a district council and support the country hostel plan at Frenchs Forest for up to 200 children. The Centre runs without government aid and costs over £2000 weekly, relying on local charity to fund free examinations for country children through its Mosman clinic.
