The Manilla District Tents Association held its annual general meeting at the Merhan Institute in Manilla. The balance sheet shows an excess of revenue over expenditure of £2 12s 4d, with a total credit balance of £10 17s carried forward. W D Hartley and Y J O Connell were re elected as retiring president and hon secretary treasurer. Nominations for Saturday and Wednesday competitions must be filed by March 24, with event starts on April 7 and 11. The committee will meet to finalize arrangements, and despite fewer teams, enthusiasm remains high for a strong season.
