Club GOLF MEETING ELECTS OFFICERS FOR 1981 AT MAR 3 GATHERING
Enthusiastic golfers filled the club house on March 3 for the annual general meeting. Patron BR H Hudson and President C N Scott were re-elected, with A P Cohen J C Turner as vice-presidents. Treasurer W L Murphy to oversee finances, and various committees chosen for 1981. Opening day set for March 18, a mixed foursome, and members urged to arrive by 2 30. The district show attracted crowds and strong horse classes, with official openings by Captain the Hon F A Chaffey and praise from Manilla Agricultural Society representatives.
