Australia wide enrolment for military service in 1942
The notice calls men ages eighteen to sixty in the Eastern Command to register by 18 March 1942 or face consequences. Enrolment forms are available at post offices and area offices with a deadline of 13 March 1942 for those required to report for medical examinations. Registered men include those aged 35 to 39 with dependents and 45 to 59, while currently serving forces are exempt.
