At the last Manilla Show Committee meeting J N Kennedy reported a Baraba conference with Tamworth Barraba and Bingara representation. Barraba Manilla and Tamworth would again hold shows in 1938, with Bingara possibly joining. Discussion on ground space pricing and a district judges scheme from Manilla drew praise. J B Jones was named poultry steward and John Watts assistant steward in pavilion. Membership goals aimed at 300 by show time, with Manilla Bone Meal association scheduling events.
