NSW Parliament Proportional Representation Criticized
Commentator argues PR failed to deliver fair representation in New South Wales elections. Points out electorates with 14,000 voters under two candidates and 1,000 to 12,000 under one candidate. Urges cross party cooperation and a shift to preferential voting with revised district boundaries for future elections. Also notes local football trophy owned by Mr Kerr and a film review mention.
