The Land Board chaired by Messry B Emmerton and a panel including C G Kelly and W H Thibault approved five year pump licenses for William Hall on Namoi River Manilla parish, Peterson and Newton on Manilla River Dinawirindi parish, A H Maunder on Manilla River Veness parish, and Pung Suey on Manilla River in Barraba. It granted Henry William Copel a road enclosure license for portion 7 at 7 shillings annually. Wynn Baldwin CP 1068 received 3 pounds 5 shillings 6 pence for use of a road enclosure without authority. Manilla Municipal Council’s request to extend Special Lease 12.7 for 104 years was approved at 1 pound 5 shillings annual rent per lot.
