Outstanding Church of ng land Continental fair nets over £100
The annual Church of ng land Continental fair held last Saturday was a strong financial success with profits well above £100. Numerous stalls attractively decorated in orange, green, cream, blue, and red drew good patronage and staff members organized sweets, drinks, cakes, and fancy stalls. Several cooking contests produced notable entries and prizes. A late evening dance, with North's orchestra, added carnival atmosphere to the hall and nearby Mechanics Institute.
