Treatments used include superphosphate and sulphate of ammonia with potash. Oats produced good fodder though grain yields lower. Stem rust damaged all wheat varieties. Delays in harvest increased wind losses. Local officials Norris and Veneus conducted a depth trial with 15 bushels per acre. Political commentary follows on Lang Government’s performance.
