Boy Scouts Committee Plans Stall for Hall Funds
The monthly meeting in the Soldiers Club room elected R Macleod as vice-president and discussed furnishing the hall. Proceeds from a September 5 street stall will fund the purchases, with Mrs. W Smith coordinating. A committee will seek a Palais Theatre picture programme to aid the Scouts. Suspected building issues were noted as needing inspection by a committee led by V Abberfield.
