Keep it dam doubts and survey delays slow dam plan

Reports from the northwest on the Keep it dam are exaggerated. A party led by Mr Grady and including the Mayor and officials found few signs of activity, only surveyors and tents. Costs, resumptions, and full parliamentary approval delay any concrete work, with first data due after surveys and cost estimates are finalized, likely preventing work before late 1937.
