Last Friday afternoon Mrs. Fred Snaith and Mrs. Mildred Strang hosted at Mrs. R O McKelvy’s home a tea for Joyce and Beverley MacKinnon who depart Sunday for Winnipeg to attend the University of Manitoba as Home Economic Students. A lunch for about thirty five guests followed and the pair received cosmetic sets as good will tokens from friends.
