Mrs. Davi Freeborn Dies in Carberry Ontario District
Funeral services for Mrs. Davi Freeborn 67 of the Firdale district were held at United Church Carberry with Rev. JA Leod and Rev J Shaver officiating. She died October 9 at Fox Memorial Hospital Carberry after a long illness. Born Wellwood Manitoba she married Davis George Edgar Freeborn in 1905 and the couple farmed in Brookdale Summerville and Firdale before settling in Firdale. Survived by two daughters Thelma Price and Muriel Wright two sons Rae and Clare one brother Lyle Humeston and two sisters plus many relatives. Buried in Carberry Cemetery.
