Mr G A Webster and Mr R earman from the Dominion Provincial Youth Training Movement spoke at the United Church on Thursday afternoon proposing a Community Youth Centre in MacGregor. The plan would offer two youths per centre a government funded month long course and returnees would teach locally under the Education Department. A committee including Dr A V Jubb Rev S R McLeod Mrs J R McNeely Mrs H G Parker J P MacKinnon A J Struthers and Jim Struthers was formed to advance the project.
