Quiet Wedding at St Ignatius Chapel
The wedding occurred in the chapel of St Ignatius church on Thursday September 26 at 5 o clock. Rev Father O Gara officiated. Margate Lorene Corbett, niece of Mr and Mrs GF Arthur Winnipeg, wed Willam Henry Booth of Austin, with Miss Winnifred Booth and Austin Jenkins as attendants. A reception followed at the Arthur home. The newlyweds departed for the Pacific coast and will reside in Winnipeg after their return.

Edrans plans for the United Church annual fowl supper date to be announced later. Edrans Boys and Girls Club Fair will be held in Grange Hall on October 11 with Norfolk Firdale Deer Range and Edrans schools participating.
