Mother's Day Observed At United Church In Winnipeg Visit
Dr and Mrs A P Mackinnon visited Winnipeg and Mrs J R Mackinnon observed Mother's Day with a Sunday School programme. Rev R Smalley led services, Beverley Mackinnon Elsie Roberts and Harold Turner recited, Mrs G A Hay told The Little Blind Girl, and Mrs Marshs girls choir sang. A large attendance attended both sessions and the cradle theme echoed in the evenings sermon about the hand that rocks the cradle.
