Three more transcontinental hikers, including Charles Burkman and companions, were logged passing through on a cross country trek from Halifax to Vancouver. Burkman arrived Saturday night and left next morning for the Wet. he departed Halifax January 17 with a comrade. Mr and Mrs Frank C Dill of Nova Scotia reached here about noon Tuesday then headed toward Carberry. John and Clifford Behan also passed through on April 26, after leaving Halifax in January, aiming for the coast in early July.
