His Honor adjourned the Meth dst day docket from 11 7 p m noting Bolsover witnesses absent. Judge allowed delay for Huntley Garner. Stewart and Hunt questioned. Judge ordered $10 counsel fee and garnishees to pay $5 costs into court. Settlement considered for overcharge claims.
