Britannia Chapter Notes Donates to War Efforts
The Britannia Chapter held its March meeting and nominated councillors to the Provincial Charter. Mrs. Cairns was elected delegate to the Brandon Provincial Meet on April 4-5. A $10 donation was sent to the Prisoners of War Fund. Sixty pairs of sandal socks were sent to St John Ambulance. Easter boxes with fruit cake socks jam peanuts and chocolate were sent to forty four men in trenches and England. The group thanks all donors and Mr. Lewin for assistance.
