Community church, school and 4-H announcements. weather and aurora remarks feature alongside curling lore.
Mrs. M Lawrie and pupils hosted an open session inviting district parents and El smith SD attendees. Students displayed art sewing knitting and crocheting from regular class work with class topics in social studies. A short program featured items linked to the Gladstone Festival and two films The Man of Tomorrow and Fishing in Nova Scotia.
An evening meeting of the Bagot Tractor Club on March 8 featured Mr. George Holmes as speaker. He described the club's second year work, discussed future projects, then showed a film on oils and engine care. Guests included J. C. Forbes of Portage and MacGregor Tractor Club members.
