Mile Two offers last chance for troubled boys in Winnipeg
Reverend Dale Morrison of Manitoba Community Treatment Association spoke at the Children’s Aid Society annual meeting in Trinity CE auditorium about Mile Two, a center for boys with violence history or risk of adult court, conceived in 1973 to build positive relationships. He described staff policy control, risks, and the need for ongoing, loving rehabilitation while noting progress is tentative and dependent on broader support.
