Decoration Day Services Planned for Sunday June 22
Decoration Day observances are scheduled across MacGregor Beaver Katrime with ex service personnel Girl Guides and Scouts to assemble at the Fair Grounds. The cenotaph services begin 1.30 pm in MacGregor followed by Beaver at 3.15 pm and Katrime at 3.30 pm. Local Legion officials urge district residents to attend at least one service to honor fallen comrades.

Celebrate 55th Anniversary of MacGregor Couple
MacGregor residents Mr. and Mrs. Little marked their 55th wedding anniversary with a quiet family gathering at home on Sunday June 8. Married in Seaforth Ontario on June 8 1892 they relocated to the MacGregor district and have spent four decades in town. Mr. Little is 87 and Mrs. Little 86, with two sons Andrew and James and a daughter Mrs. Wm Saunders plus two grandchildren. Both are in fairly good health and friends wish them many more years together.
